The Bagamoyo Beach Resort offers a wide range of
activities, including boat trips to the local coral reef and to the
island of Zanzibar. Besides marine sports, such as wind-surfing and
snorkeling, the center offers mini-golf, archery, table tennis, darts,
badminton, volleyball, football and petanque.
Each of the eighteen rooms have private baths and air conditioning.
Four traditional beach huts are ventilated by the fresh ocean air.
The hotel's Makuti Restaurant serves French, International and seafood
dishes on the beachfront. Specialties of the house include: the Fisherman's dish, French
Seafood Fondue, Fondue Bourguignone and Spanish Paella. Adjacent to
the Restaurant is the Bar, fully-stocked with local as well as
international beverages and serving a great variety of cocktails.
