Sable Mountain Lodge, in located Selous Game Reserve, in the Beho Beho Hills. The lodge has just 8 stone cottages and 4 luxury tented bandas, all spaced out across the hillside, it offers intimate and personal service in the midst of a vast wilderness.

The stone cottages have en-suite bathrooms with spring water supply. Solar lighting and a private veranda make for wonderful views of the wildlife and scenery in the Selous Game Reserve.

The luxury tented bandas are located on top of one of the hills, each provides full en-suite facilities and has outstanding views from a private balcony.

Two specialized luxury tented honeymoon bandas elevated on stilts on top of one of the Beho Beho Hills at Sable Mountain Lodge. These are located away from the rest of the camp and afford total privacy and spectacular views. The bandas are open faced so you can lie in bed and gaze out at the bush, a screen can be closed if the calls of the wild are sounding too close. Fully en suite with a wooden decking balcony offering outstanding views over the forest, each of these new bandas has its own private plunge pool and again offers seclusion and tranquility. The outdoor shower overlooks the valley giving a true bush experience.  The ultimate romantic bush experience!

There is a new open-air restaurant and bar area serving an international cuisine. They even have a swimming pool fed by natural springwater. On the west side of the camp there is a treehouse overlooking a waterhole attracting regular evening visitors such as elephant, buffalo, leopards, sable antelope and wild dogs.
